Event Policies

  • Guests will enter directly off So. Charleston Pk. (State Rt. 41) via Entrance A (check for signage), and exit directly onto So. Charleston Pk. (State Rt. 41), and/or exiting traffic will be directed to the fairground’s Laybourne Rd. exit.

  • *$5.00 per vehicle at the gate, CASH ONLY.

    Upon entering the fairgrounds parking attendants will collect $5.00 per vehicle and issue a HFF Parking Hang Tag to place on your vehicle’s rearview mirror or dash. Guests will be directed to the parking located North of the festival grounds. The parking is convenient, spacious and within close proximity to the festival ticketing/entry gate. All parking proceeds support Second Harvest Food Banks of Clark, Champaign, and Logan Counties of Ohio. ATM available at the festival gate.

    Ample handicapped parking is available close to the festival ticketing/entry gate and is posted. ALL vehicles who wish to park in the handicapped spaces must produce their official state-issued pass and the parking attendant will direct. Official Handicapped passes must be displayed in the front windshield, or on a permanent license plate, or the vehicle will be towed. ATV & golf cart parking will be posted for camping guests at the North/East fence surrounding the festival grounds. Please see signage. FOR SAFETY PURPOSES, guests driving golf carts, ATVS, etc. are prohibited from parking in the general parking lot.

  • Guests will purchase tickets at the festival ticketing/entry gate, or pre-sale tickets will be scanned on your phone/device/or printed ticket code upon entry. Follow the signs at the entry gate. Guests will have their respective ticket level wrist bands put on at the gate. There are no exceptions. Every guest must be wearing their festival wrist band or they will be escorted from the festival.

  • Guests will check out upon exiting at the festival entry gate and check back in again upon re-entry. Returning guests will have their ticket code scanned again at the ticketing/entry gate upon re-entry. Ticketing personnel and/or law enforcement maintain the right to deny re-entry if proof of ticket purchase cannot be supplied by the guest.

  • When purchasing tickets, guests will be prompted to add their email address and cell phone number. Guests will receive an email confirmation of their purchase(s), and other email correspondence regarding Hasting Farm Fest ONLY. Guests will receive text messages with specials, alerts, and emergency notifications from Hasting Farm Fest ONLY. We will not distribute your email and/or cell phone number to any other entity.

  • HFF offers a third-party provided ATM at the festival entry gate for your convenience.  All fees apply and are not in the control of HFF.


General FAQs

  • To assure all of our guests can enjoy the fun, safe and festive atmosphere we at Hasting Farm Fest have worked so hard to create, festival guests will not be permitted to bring the following items onto the Hasting Farm Fest grounds:

    • Firearms
    • Fireworks/bottle rockets, etc./bull horns, etc. (any disruptive noise maker)
    • Backpacks
    • Pop-up/easy-up tents, tents, canopies, or tall umbrellas
    • Coolers
    • Alcohol
    • Carry-In Food
    • Large handbags (CLEAR BAGS ARE ENCOURAGED)
    • Drones or any remote-controlled land or air devices

    PLEASE NOTE:
    • Any and all bags, diaper bags, wagons, strollers, wheelchairs, etc. are subject to search by law enforcement. • HFF reserves the right to prohibit the use of any device of any type that interferes with the enjoyment of other guests and/or interferes in any way with the artists’ performances.
    • HFF & law enforcement reserves the right to deny admission to any individual deemed to pose a threat to the peaceful nature of the festival, and/or the security, safety, or well-being of any festival guest, artist, or personnel, and/or or any individual deemed a purposeful distraction from the festival and the festival’s inclusive community event atmosphere.

  • Seating is provided for general admission ticket holders, however, there is limited space surrounding the pavilion where guests may bring their own chairs, blankets, children’s wagons, and strollers. Absolutely no pop-up/easy-up tents, tents, canopies or tall umbrellas are permitted. This assures that all guests are able to enjoy the shows from the stage without other guests obstructing their view.

  • Hasting Farm Fest has secured some of the area’s very best food and drinks for guests to enjoy while at Hasting Farm Fest. We will offer a large variety of food and drinks at reasonable prices for adults and kids in the HFF FEED LOT...come hungry and thirsty! Watch our website & socials as we highlight our food vendors.

    For guests 21 years of age and over, visit the HFF WATERING HOLE. We will serve a variety of draft and aluminum bottled domestic beers and seltzers as well as a Mother Stewart’s Brewing Craft Beer selection at the Heidelberg Distributing Beer Truck. Any guest purchasing or consuming alcohol must first provide their current state ID and receive and WEAR a “OVER 21” wrist band. Absolutely no alcohol will be served to guests without a “OVER 21” wrist band. To deter the purchase for and consumption of alcohol by guests under 21 years old, all guests are limited to purchasing two (2) drinks at a time. Alcohol will be served beginning at 2:00pm and ends at 9:00pm.

  • HFF will provide ample portable toilettes located in multiple, convenient locations for our guests. There will be a variety of types of portable toilettes from the basic needs, to flushing models, and handicapped access models. Multiple handwashing stations will be located in close proximity to the food and children’s areas.

  • OF COURSE! Hasting Farm Fest has prepared for guests of all ages. Children 10 and under are admitted for free with a paying adult, and children’s activities will be open from 12-4:00pm (see HFF Barn Yard info below).

    We do, however, want parents of younger children to understand that not ALL of Hasting Farm Fest may be what you consider appropriate for your child. Alcohol will be available for guests 21 years old and over to purchase beginning at 2:00 pm. The performers we have selected are the very best National, regional, and local acts who will entertain our guests from 1:30pm-8:30pm from the HFF Stage. We recommend familiarizing yourself our artists and their music.

    MULTI-AGE LEVEL ACTIVITIES

    HFF BARN YARD:
    Hasting Farm Fest offers a variety of Children’s activities on the festival grounds. Children’s activities, in the HFF BARN YARD will be open from 12:00 pm—4:00 pm. Children can enjoy a petting zoo, face painting, fun farm clowns, balloon art and more. Three different children’s bouncy house/obstacle courses will also be in the HFF Barn Yard. A parent or adult in charge must sign a consent form for children to participate in the bouncy houses. Children 10 and under are free with paid adult admission to HFF.

    HFF PIG PEN:
    Hasting Farm Fest will offer a 18 and over adult-sized bouncy house and obstacle course for the brave at heart! Take your shoes off and get ready to race other HFF guests, OR try your hand at a Corn Hole game or two! Adults participate at their own risk.

    HFF BIG BALE CORNER:
    You know you want to remember being a part of the very FIRST Hasting Farm Fest! Look for our BIG BALE photo corral where you and your friends can take great pics and videos, then post to socials, and tag Hasting Farm Fest on Facebook and Instagram—you never know, we just may feature you on our pages! Don’t forget to add #HastingFarmFest and #HFF to your posts!

  • By attending any or all of Hasting Farm Fest, you understand you are attending a public event. By attending Hasting Farm Fest you understand and are agreeing to the possible use of your (or your child’s, if applicable) likeness via videography, photography, telecast drone footage, live telecasts of any type, and/or any other form of hard print or digital capture that may or may not be used on the HFF website, LED screen, print advertisement, and all social media platforms.

    DRONE USE: By attending any or all of Hasting Farm Fest, you understand and agree to the minimal, but inherent risks of drone flight. HFF officials have sanctioned the use of drones for media capture during any or all of the events. The drones are operated by licensed professionals.

  • Hasting Farm Fest is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We will offer a lost and found area for items found to be turned in at the Command Center located just inside the ticketing/entry gate.

  • HFF BUY & SUPPLY TENT—Here’s what you’ll find:

    HFF VENDORS:
    Visit local and regional artisans and vendors selling a variety of services, products, clothing, and more. Even more vendors will be located outside the HFF Buy & Supply tent in their self-enclosed trailer boutiques. Be sure to save time to visit these unique and fantastic shops!

    Grab a t-shirt, a hoodie, hats and more to commemorate your time at HFF & support our generous sponsors!

    HFF ARTIST MERCH:

    HFF EQUIPMENT DISPLAYS and OTHER AGRICULTURAL DISPLAYS:
    HFF takes place in the middle of Clark County—rich with agricultural heritage and the birth place of 4-H! HFF is surrounded by fields of corn, wheat & soybeans, and we’ve teamed up with some the area’s best equipment dealers and ag-related services. No matter your age—everyone will enjoy learning more about farming and getting an up-close look at cool farm equipment and more!

    HFF TRUCK SHOW & DISPLAY:

  • HFF Camping & Glamping spots are available to guests with paid HASTING FARM FEST TICKETS as specified with no exceptions. Only HFF ticket holders are permitted to camp in the HFF camping area.

    CAMPING SPOTS: (You provide your camper): $100 flat rate regardless if you stay one or two nights. Camping spots available beginning Friday, 9/26/25 after 4pm, through Sunday, 9/28/25 at 2pm. Campers who stay beyond the 2pm deadline will be charged an additional $50 per night. You will need to report to the Clark Co. Fair Office to extend your stay and pay in advance. Your reserved camping spot will be located in the wooded area located directly across from (North) of the Clark Co. Fair Office. One camper is permitted per spot, nights may not be split between two different campers. All camping spots will have electrical hook up and trash removal provided. Water filling and dump stations are available. You must pay for your camping spot at the Clark Co. Fair Office (days/times listed below).

    GLAMPING SPOTS: (Your paid camper “Glamper” rental RV from Keplinger Camper Sales, set up for you and ready to go): $100 flat rate regardless if you stay one or two nights. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO YOUR “GLAMPER” RV RENTAL. Camping spots available beginning Friday, 9/26/25 after 4pm, through Sunday, 9/28/25 at 2pm. Your reserved camping spot will be located in the wooded area located directly across from (North) of the Clark Co. Fair Office. One camper is permitted per spot, nights may not be split between two different campers. All camping spots will have electrical hook up and trash removal provided. In addition to the cost of your glamper RV rental, you must pay for your camping spot at the Clark Co. Fair Office (days/times listed below).

    Guests may pay for camping spots at the Clark Co. Fair Office (days/times listed below). Campers will receive a camping pass for display in RV front window in plain view. The campgrounds will be monitored. All guests must have checked in and paid at the Clark Co. Fair Office. Unpaid RVs will be towed at the owner’s expense.

  • HFF concerts are held outdoors and are “rain or shine”  All tickets sales are non-refundable due to entertainment contracts.  Please dress for the local forecast. HFF rain ponchos will be available for sale at the HFF Merch area. In the event of severe weather or other emergency event, the Clark County Emergency Management Agency (who will be on the grounds) will direct HFF officials to alert guests to evacuate the grounds and/or seek shelter.

  • Photography/videography for personal use is permitted and encouraged at Hasting Farm Fest. Post your pictures/videos on Instagram and Facebook, tag us and don’t forget to include #HastingFarmFest and/or #HFF in the text of your posts!

    Professional Media, Media recording, reproduction, photographs, videos and/or any type of transmission is expressly prohibited without prior written consent from Hasting Farm Fest officials. Professionals/media outlets who are granted permission must abide by contract requirements not only with HFF, but also the HFF performing artists, which will be provided upon approval. No photographs and/or videos may be published without the aforementioned consent and approval.

  • Local/State/National Mandated Cancellation & Refund:
    There will be no cancellation of Hasting Farm Fest, EXCEPT in the event of a natural disaster or any circumstance mandated by Local, State or Federal Government officials (including COVID-19) that precipitates cancellation. Then, and only then, will refunds of guest’s base ticket price be refunded. No ticketing fees will be refunded. All local, state, and federal laws apply to all Hasting Farm Fest events.
